You can expect a noticeable difference in your physique, energy level and confidence in just 4 weeks. Most clients will lose 2 to 3kg after one month of training

I have been training with Davin since October 2023. And under his skillful training and patient guidance, not only have I gotten stronger, I also got over my phobia of the barbell squat with the appropriate adaptation and accommodation to address my left knee pain due to an old injury. I am now able to squat pain-free!

Every training session with him is customised and personalised to meet and address your specific needs and training/fitness goals. His face may not show it but over time, he is a very fun, warm and knowledgeable trainer to train with.
